20 year old Kay is the main character of "Realm of Synai" (see my journal for more info). Ever since he was a little kid, he was dreaming of an adventurous life. Alas, being born in a village that no one is supposed to know about, he and his fellow villagers have to live their lives as discretely as possible. Although Kay on the one hand hates the fact that his life is the same everyday, he is always on the lookout for danger.

Kay was awarded the title of "Guardian" at the age of eighteen, which meant that he would dedicate his life to protect the Elements that were hidden inside the forest. The title felt like such a big responsibility to Kay that he’s been having visions in his sleep from time to time ever since, whenever he felt that there was a threat nearby.
